Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
The International Journal of Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences (IJEHSS) is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All parties involved—authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—are expected to uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the publication process.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must submit only original and unpublished manuscripts that are not under review elsewhere. Proper citations and acknowledgments must be provided for all sources. Plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited. Authors should disclose any conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with ethical standards for research involving human participants.
Responsibilities of Editors
Editors are responsible for making fair and unbiased decisions based solely on the scholarly merit of submissions. They must maintain confidentiality, ensure a transparent peer-review process, and address ethical concerns promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback. Manuscripts under review are confidential and may not be used for personal advantage. Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and report suspected ethical issues to the editorial board.
Responsibilities of the Publisher
The publisher ensures that all publication practices meet ethical and professional standards. In cases of confirmed misconduct, corrective measures such as retractions, corrections, or editorial notes will be applied to preserve the integrity of the academic record.
Malpractice Statement
IJEHSS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward unethical practices, including plagiarism, falsification, and duplicate submission. Any confirmed malpractice will result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript, and offending authors may be barred from future publication .
